Hey! It's only been a month since my last post!!
I'm showing definite signs of improvement in my blogging skills! lol
Life is still pretty busy. Work varies between absolutely flat out (like 40 hour weeks) and then nice quiet weeks where I work around 15-20 hours. It all depends on other staff etc how many hours I get. The boss told me that until they work out who I work best with I'll be shuffled around a bit. I do have permanent shifts in one house (with 4 guys in it) and another lady in her mid 30's who lives at home with her mum. The rest are all fill-ins. Some I enjoy and some I don't.
I have a shift tomorrow that I'm not looking forward to..... and it's a long day one too.
Miss Six came home from school yesterday with a class award "For always being a great example to others". I have had to explain to her about 20 times what 'example' means. She also lost another tooth the other morning (so we call her Gappy). The Tooth Fairy forgot to visit that night but came last night and left her $2, a note apologising and a paperpieced tooth fairy for her scrapbook. She was over the moon.
Miss Ava is simply adorable. She is growing so quickly and Gran certainly enjoys her days. She likes constant attention though and wants to be held up standing on my lap all the time. I'm of the opinion that when she starts to get around on her own, we're going to be in for a busy time.
I've been having a blast these past few weeks over at ScrapArtist. I've always checked in there from time to time but this month they've had their March Madness and it's been a hoot. I have been doing the challenges (and loving them... although there have a been a couple that have pushed me a bit). And I'm enjoying commenting in the gallery. There is just so much darn talent there.
Well that's about it from me. Probably until next month knowing me!! lol
